Natasa Fenner is results driven senior finance professional. As a Certified Public Accountant licensed through IFAC she has extensive experience in Group Finance functions and Internal Controls. Natasa has more than 25 years of extensive international and regional experience in the Balkans delivering the highest quality finance professional judgment. She is adept at leveraging new technological solutions to increase efficiencies in the accounting arena. Before joining the Roma Education Fund Natasa had held senior accounting/finance management and reporting / internal control positions in the corporate sector for the companies such as XEROX Ltd. (where she was in charge of Xerox finances in eight SE European countries) and Kreston International-MDM. She also worked for BDO (healthy part of Arthur Anderson in Australia ) . Natasa earned her Accounting for professional recognition Bachelor’s degree at Swinbourne University in Australia. In 2023 at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law she successfully completed her postgraduate certificate in International Compliance with the highest marks in her class. Natasa joined REF 2020 as accountant within a year she was promoted to CFO for REF Serbia where she is responsible for local legal , HR , accounting , audit and administrative task.
